Frequently asked questions

  • I’m new—what class should I start with?

Start with any Level 1 or Open class—both are suitable for beginners. If you’d like a structured start, book a 4–6 week beginners yoga or Pilates course to build confidence and technique.

  • What yoga styles do you offer?

Triyoga offers 30+ class styles—from Hot + Warm, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Rocket to Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound healing and gong baths.

  • Can I practise online as well as in studio?

Yes—many studio classes are livestreamed, so you can practise from home. You’ll also find online treatments and workshops with world‑class teachers.

  • Do you provide mats and props?

Yes—mats and props are complimentary in all classes. You’ll find everything ready to use (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and more).

  • How do booking and cancellations work?

Classes can be booked up to 8 days in advance (and up to 30 minutes before class starts). Cancel at least 3 hours before to receive your credit back; cancellations within 3 hours count as late cancellations. Many classes also keep drop‑in spaces, released shortly before class.

  • Can I attend classes during pregnancy?

triyoga recommends you don’t practise yoga or Pilates in your first trimester. From your second trimester onwards, you can join the pre‑ and postnatal schedule.Classes
