Course Details

This training is immersive, practical and experiential. You’ll explore a variety of mindfulness practices to cultivate peace, gratitude and emotional resilience — alongside the science of how mindfulness impacts the body and brain.

What to expect:

  • Experience a variety of meditation techniques and mindful practices
  • Learn how mindfulness impacts the body and brain, enhancing overall well-being
  • Explore different seated positions to support a sustainable practice
  • Develop practical tools to help you guide others in mindfulness-based approaches
  • A hands-on approach with time for Q&A and personal reflection
