Meet our teachers

Adelene Cheong is a senior yoga teacher with a strong focus on anatomy, healthy alignment and the therapeutic applications of yoga. She is trained in Restorative yoga (including Judith Lasater’s Relax and Renew approach) and teaches with a grounded, supportive style — helping students find steadiness, ease and real rest.
